Field Agents are revenue-generating team members at AutoUpLink Tech who are responsible for assigned dealership customers. You visit assigned dealerships on a pre-set schedule to photograph vehicles available for sale, to create video clips, and to print adhesive window labels for the vehicles. Each vehicle you successfully service results in a commission payment, and the more vehicles you service per week the more commissions you earn in addition to the hourly base rate.

REMOTE BUT NOT ALONE
Some remote work opportunities end up feeling like you’re a satellite flying through space all alone. Not this one! You will be part of a 100% remote team in your state led by a team lead with many years’ experience doing this job. We host weekly team calls where we discuss how to get better and to share ideas, and we encourage one-on-one team communication via our Microsoft Teams chat/video/call software.

NEW HIRE TRAINING
At inception of employment you will receive hands on “how to” training from your supervisor to help you learn the ropes and to help you get as productive as possible as quickly as possible. If you fail, we fail… that’s our motto. The new hire training process typically lasts 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of your assigned route (customers) and how much experience you bring to the table on day one. Which is why we provide training pay for new hires to help get you up and running while you are learning how to generate billable & commission-able transactions for your assigned customers.

COMPENSATION
The compensation plan for this role includes the “Base” of hourly earnings plus:

  • Training Pay at inception of employment
  • Commission per vehicle photographed (no confusing or complicated commission calculations! Just multiply the number of vehicles serviced each day by your commission rate per vehicle, and based on your hard work, watch the earnings add up)
  • Quarterly bonus for satellite radios activated in vehicles
  • $0.30 per mile, Mileage Reimbursement
  • Employee Referral Bonus Plan: up to $350.00 per year
  • Help Yourself Lead Management Program: $375 per deal our sales team closes + your VIN Commissions on additional vehicles
  • Winter Blitz Bonus Program (Nov – Jan) up to $500
  • Spring Fling Bonus Program (Feb – April) up to $400
  • Optional Saturday work pays time and a half

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with your supervisor in person, by phone, text, chat, and/or email daily about work performance and client satisfaction.
  • Visit assigned client dealership locations to perform contracted services for customers.
  • Photograph vehicles at client sites.
  • Capture a brief “walk-around” video of a vehicle for those clients who have contracted for this level of service.
  • Print window labels (i.e. adhesive window stickers and Buyer’s Guides) and apply them to vehicles.
  • Interact with dealership personnel during visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Synchronize (i.e. upload) photos and video clips you create while on dealership lots with our cloud software using our tablet with Verizon LTE connectivity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • You must live in the Dayton, FL area, preferably near Daytona Beach, where we are hiring for this position.
  • Available to work on weekdays (Monday – Friday). Which days you work each week are flexible, so apply today!
  • Experience taking pictures with digital cameras and smartphones both indoors and outdoors.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with clean driving history and active vehicle liability insurance.
  • Minimum of two years recent, professional career experience.
  • Must have a functioning car to drive to-and-from dealerships to perform services.
  • Minimum education of a High School diploma or GID.
